I've wanted to start a blog for a long time now, but like most worthwhile things, it had me in a panic. And yet...I am doing it anyway. Score one for me.
Interestingly, the reason I wanted to make today "Blog Starting Day" was because of lunch at Wendy's. By the way, shout out to Wendy's for making half size salads...'cause then I can get my french fries AND my salad for one low price.
As I was sitting there with Spencer (my boyfriend...aka husband), I saw an older man that looked like he could be an Athabaskan elder. It made me miss Alaska, which is where I grew up. I kinda think of Alaska and Utah being one big place...'cause if I realized that I was that far away from home, it would be really hard to handle. Anyway...the Wendy's Elder...walked with two things...a quiet dignity and a cane that he didn't use. I want to be like him when I grow up, but for now there's a lot of spark and spunk left in me and that is what we shall cover in this blog.
Favorite things, interesting thoughts, general musings, and anything else that comes to mind are the gems I plan on putting here...even if I never share this blog with anyone else.
